… armour alloy ➡️ separate selves
Updated: Mar 14

At the very start, a newborn, with its unique genetic DNA, perceives that he/she is vulnerable & dependent on the outer environment for survival.
The infant has an extraordinarily high IQ to develop an energy-pattern (Ego comprising various selves) as the first line of defence to protect core vulnerabilities & gain control over the surrounding.
Depending on childhood programming & individual perception (attachment style), the Ego (the CEO of all selves) forms as armour against distress, heartbreak, powerlessness & helplessness.
Thus begins the creation of survival strategies.
The 'feeling-proof alloy' (various selves) keeps our armour (Ego) strong & secure.
The object of the mission is not to get hurt again & feel no pain.
The different selves that comprise our Ego models into three parts:
Primary/Managers/Protectors,
Secondary/Firefighters/Helpers
Exiles/Rejected/Disowned
Most of the time, outer chaos is a reflection of internal-family-system conflict.
To deal with the anxiety & confusion we need to begin from the beginning…getting back to our divinity – unconditional self-love & self-acceptance.
