Playtime with the inner-child…
Updated: Dec 28, 2020

‘What did you do as a child that made the hours pass like minutes? Herein lies the key to what you should be doing in your worldly pursuits.
-Carl Jung’
Have you (adult SELF) spent some playtime with nner-child today ?
-Doing fun activities (movement) you loved as a child.
Running, skipping, climbing a tree, art, pottery, sculpting or playing in mud/sand , singing or playing an instrument, listening to your favourite song, dancing, gazing stars, going on a picnic and so on.
-Reading your favorite books while growing up.
-Watching animated/Laurel Hardy/Disney movies.
-Eating candies/toffees/junk food or Phantom(mint) cigarettes :D
-Spending time in the playground/park or nature etc.
-Reconnecting & chatting up with school mates, childhood friends or people who bring out the inner-child in you.
The time set aside to make inner-child feel safe, worthy, free, loved and happy is soul-reverence.
This is the path that takes us back home i.e. heart, spirit, feelings, sensitivity. 🥰❤️
It’s the moment in which divine reaches out to us in incredible ways and means.
Gradually we move towards being more present, joyful, chirpy, spontaneous, playful and cheerful!
