Mindfulness, a part of Inner-child therapy, is focused attention on our emotions.

In mindfulness, we emphasize being intensely aware of our senses and innermost feelings NOW, without any labelling (good/bad).


These are breathing exercises, visualization techniques, and other practices to unwind frazzled nerves & body.


The shhh... is soothing our irate inner-child with softhearted tenderness.

The emotions may be waltzing weaving stories of tragedy/loss/injustice.

All the SELVES, SHADOWS, ANIMA/ANIMUS are orchestrating the opera (our environment)... we’re just an audience…content in ‘watching’.


Mindfulness is being an observer to our inner universe with wholehearted awareness.

It is embracing & comforting the ‘needy’ inner-child with absolute self-love and compassion.


The theme of the opera is ‘unconditional love’ 🌹...always…
