Shame is a soul eating emotion.

I’m not good enough
I’m fake
I’m unworthy
I’m not loveable
I can’t do anything right
I’m ugly
I’m stupid
I’m hopeless
I’m broken
I’m a mistake
It’s all me
-are the false beliefs set by the wounded/lost/rejected inner-child as self-defenses in a toxic conflicted environment.

‘Toxic-shame’ sets in while growing up in a house full of discord and friction.
'Toxic-shame' always comes attached with loads of disapproval and condemnation for being who we are.
Toxic-shame is always waiting to get triggered at the innermost core of an adult-child.
