witnessing way…

‘Embrace your grief. For their, your soul will grow.

-Carl G Jung”

Whenever we are going through fearful feelings, our first reaction is to either run away or numb/suppress/displace/judge/abandon it.

On no condition, we approve of sitting with it, leave alone embracing it wholeheartedly!

  • What if we witness it as a hurt child to whom we must open the door?

  • What if we let it talk to us?

  • What if we merely observe it calmly, spinning stories on & on, getting immense & intense?

  • Unswayed by emotional patterns, what if we listen to all the self-defensive/victim stories, averse self-righteousness, revengeful/attacking/scornful scripts?

  • Without identifying with them, what if we welcome them with open arms?

  • We need to let them be.

Every anxious ebbing & flowing emotion, being observed by our adult-compassionate-self, is not our identity.

They are just our vulnerable inner-children feelings who need unconditional acceptance.

The gently we initiate inner-witnessing, the sooner our adult-self-awareness arises from its accumulated ashes.

Inevitably, this baby step will lead us further into realizing who we are - unconditional love!
